VALVES SRL has changed its corporate structure and its sole partner is now the company KLINGER
ITALY SRL, ltalian Business Unit of the Klinger Group ( www.klinger-international.com ), international
leader in the production and distribution of industrial gaskets, valves and instrumentations.

The acquisition of BUROCCO INDUSTRIAL VALVES SRL is part of an industrial plan aimed at the further
development of the company and its brand both in the domestic and in the foreign markets and the
reinforcement of the valve division of the Klinger Group.
The activity of BUROCCO INDUSTRIAL VALVES SRL will continue normally and all contracts and
commercial agreements remain operating as well as all references in your hands: fiscal code and VAT
number, office and production location and contacts.
